Service availability and emergency assistance

Services shown are descriptive or developmental and are not confirmation of live provision, booking availability, ambulance dispatch or emergency response. For a life-threatening emergency in the UK, call 999. Please contact us before relying on any planned service.

Our operating principles

Professional standards, built into every decision.

Service delivery should be supported by clear governance, qualified personnel, documented operating procedures and suitable equipment. No capability is represented as operational until it has been appropriately approved.

  • 01 Patient safety, dignity and safeguarding
  • 02 Role-appropriate training and competence
  • 03 Clinical leadership and quality assurance
  • 04 Risk assessment and operational readiness
  • 05 Clear communication and accountability
Working with us

How a service enquiry works.

We review each request against the nature of the proposed work and the resources required. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

01

Initial enquiry

Tell us about your event, transport requirement or operational request.

02

Scope review

We consider location, timescales, patient needs and any relevant risks.

03

Capability check

We confirm whether appropriately staffed, authorised capability is available.

04

Written confirmation

Any agreed service, scope and conditions must be confirmed before reliance.

Our independence

Privately owned. Independently operated.
